And, on top of that, it is super simple to make, just 4 ingredients: cacao, coconut oil, dates and peanut butter. You basically just mix all of them together and you get this amazing fudge.

  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup date paste


  • Melt the coconut oil, but keep it only slightly higher than room temperature. What I do to achieve this is that I heat up a pan, then place all the oil in the pan and then stop the fire and let the oil melt in the heated pan.
  • Mix together the coconut oil, cocoa, peanut butter and date paste until you achieve some soft crumbles. Place all of the content in a silicon container and put it in the fridge for about an hour (or overnight – the second day is so much better)
  • Enjoy it with coffee or when you're craving something sweet
