Equipment

  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Blender (for the date paste)

Ingredients
  

  • 105 g Date Paste (or 100g maple syrup)
  • 37 g Coconut Oil
  • 25 g PB2 (or powdered peanut butter)
  • 45 g Soy Protein Isolate
  • 35 g Cacao Powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the PB2 with about 30g of water into a small bowl
  • Into a mixing bowl add the date paste, the PB2 mixture and the coconut oil (the wet ingredients first) and mix
  • Add the cacao powder and soy protein powder (the dry ingredients) and mix for a couple of minutes
  • Place the whole thing in a silicon container and press it into shape. Put it in the fridge for at least 30min (preferably 1h) to harden
  • After it hardened, take it out, cut it into 16 pieces and enjoy
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge
