  • Blender / Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 454 g tofu (I used a firm one, but silken might be best)
  • 120 g maple syrup
  • 30 g cacao
  • 25 g soy protein isolate
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g water (probably need to be excluded if using silken tofu)

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in the blender/food processor and then blend until smooth. Add more water if needed

Notes

You can also add some peanut butter or some PB2 for a bit of a nutty taste.
