Vegan Chocolate Protein Bar
This high protein low calories protein bar is easy to make and tastes delicious.
Method

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix them together.

If it's too dry, add a bit of water gradually until the dough mixes together, but isn't dry or sticky.

If you accidentally added too much water, add more PB2.

Take about 52 g of dough per bar, shape it into a bar, then sprinkle or roll it in coconut flakes.

Wrap it in aluminum and store it in the fridge for about 7 days.
Notes
- You can adjust to your liking: add oats to make it drier, change the protein powder flavor, or add more date syrup for sweetness.
- If using unflavored protein powder, add more sweetener.
- Brown rice or pea protein powder can be replaced with more soy protein powder.
