This pudding is done in less than 10 minutes. It’s delicious and nutritious. I recommend you add some berries on top of it and serve it chilled.
Vegan Healthy Chocolate Pudding
A quick and easy pudding recipe that tastes amazing.
Equipment
- Blender / Food Processor
Ingredients
- 454 g tofu (I used a firm one, but silken might be best)
- 120 g maple syrup
- 30 g cacao
- 25 g soy protein isolate
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g water (probably need to be excluded if using silken tofu)
Instructions
- Place everything in the blender/food processor and then blend until smooth. Add more water if needed
Notes
You can also add some peanut butter or some PB2 for a bit of a nutty taste.
